ProductBulkr is a product comparison service, not a direct seller. The products shown on this site are sold by the partner stores, so the return policy that applies is the one of the store you bought from.

How to make a return

The conditions, time limits and procedure for returns are set out on the store's website, usually in its terms of sale or in your account area. The return request must be made to the store.

Refunds

The time and manner of a refund depend on the payment method used and on the store. The refund is handled by the store that sold the product, according to its own policy.
